This workshop is a quest for reconnection.
To Truth, Integrity , Love and Presence.
Many of us are habitually self critical unable to give ourselves love and acceptance. Often carrying old shame stories we unconsciously look outside to get the affection and positive feedback we have not yet learned to give ourself.
The innate desire to heal the wound of separation can lead us to do what we feel others will find loveable rather than following our inner Truth.
And so we turn away from ourselves..
SHIFTING PERSPECTIVES is a four day workshop intensive which offers individual attention within careful group holding so that we can practise opening with kindness to the places inside that scare us. With a combination of music , dance, group process and sitting meditation we practice relaxing into inner silence and Presence.
We cultivate through shared and individual enquiry the peace that is our natural state.
No participant is pushed, each one having the possibility to follow their own pace. Together we practise moving to reconnect to the core intelligence of body, breath and bone, so tapping in to a more universal intelligence that allows us to get better at seeing ourselves and others with delight and fascination.
This work enables us to develop clearer perspective, compassion and respect for the Mystery and vulnerability of Life.
