2 day Retreat

A time for each of us to contemplate what we may wish to consciously imagine, envision….for ourself, our beloveds, and this world to share from that place our reflections on what has passed and our intention for what is ahead.

Each day we will begin and end with silent sitting – cultivating our capacity to listen and explore whatever arises – and we will dance and enquire and share with words, our creativity in a format that encourages the sense of connection available at in person retreats.
A simple time over these two days to nourish and rekindle the magic and mystery of being.

We are delighted to be coming back to our much loved erstwhile Brighton community to share our personal practice. and hope you will join us.
Teas, coffee and biscuits will be available but please bring your lunch.
