Closed down and often judgemental, critical and aversive towards our self, we are lead away from the wholeness and completeness that we long for.
Our innate intelligence will eventually draw us back towards the Silence at our core, and the instinctive expression of our formless nature.
Dance, movement , music and meditation are the medium through which we can practise allowing everything to simply Be in the deepest possible way.
We let go of the effort to separate, control and manipulate our experience, relocating our centre from head to heart, from thoughts to the intuitive knowing that listens, feels ,and is awake to all Life, and the ever unfolding now.
The movement of this awakening heart intelligence is Compassion.The living of this compassion is to be in Presence, for ourselves and for others.

At Friedrichshof we will enjoy high level standard accommodation! The rooms at the hotel are designed in simple elegance, very bright, with solid wood furniture, flatscreen-TV, free W-LAN and high quality mattresses. All rooms are equipped with bathroom and toilet and some also have access to a balcony or terrace.
Please be aware that there is a tourist tax of 2,50€/night, payable with your price at the hotel.
