This 10 day “Awake My Soul” intensive retreat invites Peace and Presence.

We come together and work with dance, sitting and moving meditation, music and silence – all to support awakening. The retreat fosters silent inner attention and insight.

It also offers the possibility of group and individual process.

Numbers are limited to retain both a sense of safety and intimacy ensuring space for each participant to progress in their own way at their own pace.

Together we learn to take ‘risks’; to open, to be seen and heard and so to share and to value each person’s experience.
The shared intention is to flourish together as mature, grounded, emotionally responsible adults, present in our day to day lives with greater consciousness, freedom and peace.
